Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 October 2026.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ztechzsolutions.com and to services provided by ZTechzSolutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these terms. Where we provide a written proposal, scope or agreement for a project, that document forms part of our agreement with you, and if it conflicts with these terms, the project document takes priority.

Using Our Website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Website content is provided for general information. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, it may change without notice, and it does not form a quote or offer until we provide a written scope.

Quotes and Scope

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Each project has a written scope describing deliverables, timeframes and exclusions. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.

Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST.

Payments

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones and due dates, are set out in your quote or project agreement. Ongoing services such as care plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.

Third-party costs, such as hosting, domain registration, software subscriptions, advertising spend and AI usage fees, are your responsibility unless your quote states otherwise. Where possible, these accounts are set up in your business’s name and billed to you directly.

Your Responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, approvals and access when needed. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks and data you provide can lawfully be used, and for reviewing and approving deliverables before they go live. You remain responsible for your business decisions, legal obligations and compliance, including privacy policies, advertising claims and industry regulations.

Intellectual Property

Once you have paid all amounts due for a project, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as designs, website content and custom code, transfers to you, unless the project agreement states otherwise.

Some deliverables may include third-party components, such as licensed fonts, stock images, plugins, themes or open-source software, which remain subject to their own licences. We may keep general know-how, tools and reusable components we developed independently, and with your permission may reference the project in our portfolio.

AI, SEO and Advertising Services

AI systems can produce errors. We design solutions with safeguards such as human review steps, and you agree to keep appropriate human oversight of outputs that affect customers, finances or compliance.

Search engines, AI platforms and advertising networks control their own rankings, answers and policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, leads or results, and changes by these platforms are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the website or services.

Cancellation and Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service in line with the notice period in the project agreement. Month-to-month care plans can be cancelled with notice before the next billing period. On termination, you must pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its last updated date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, and any specific governing jurisdiction for a project will be stated in your project agreement.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
